Current Availability: 

Thank you for inquiring! I am currently offering both in-person and tele-health appointments as availability permits.  Please reach out to me to schedule an appointment or to join my waitlist. My office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You may also indicate if you are interested specifically in therapy/counseling, yoga, private/group events, or coaching sessions. 

Investment:

I do currently accept most insurance, and I am willing to discuss payment plans and/or sliding scale options if cash payment is your preferred method.  Session cost is $200/Initial Intake Session, $185/Session thereafter for individual therapy.  Please inquire for partner therapy & family therapy pricing. Depending on your insurance type, benefits, and deductible, sessions may be offered at a reduced rate. Additionally I accept cash apps, credit card payments, and HSA.  If you have further questions about this please feel free to contact me directly.
